Sylvia Gografe received her DVM and PhD from the University of Leipzig, Germany. She is licensed both in the US and the European Union. She worked in research as a clinical veterinarian, established and directed an IACUC support office at a large academic center, and led lab animal resource departments in academic institutions. She is board certified by the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine and certified as a Professional IACUC Administrator by PRIM&R.
Ken Salleng started his career in companion animal practice following graduation from the University of Missouri-Colombia College of Veterinary Medicine. He then went back and completed a residency and post doc in Laboratory Animal Pathology. He has experience as a clinician, in animal welfare, IACUC office management, training program development and collaborative research. He has been certified as a professional IACUC Administrator and is board certified by the American College of Laboratory Animal Medicine.
